This seminar will answer all your questions about non-alcohol brewing and provide you with solutions on how to safely showcase these beers in your brewery.This evening will highlight recipe development and innovation in yeast selection, including a tasting of two unreleased maltose-negative strains, as well as flavor fixes and a newly introduced stabilization technique.
