CBC 2026 Philadelphia: What Brewers Can Expect from Lallemand Brewing

Lallemand Brewing will participate in the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) 2026 in Philadelphia. We’re looking forward to another week of technical exchange, yeasty conversations, and time spent with brewers from across the industry. You can find us at booth #1427
As in previous years, we’ve planned several opportunities around CBC to connect, learn, and share practical brewing knowledge. Here’s what you can expect if you’re joining us in Philly.

Pre‑CBC Yeast Seminar: Biotransformation Management

Sunday, April 19 | 1:00–4:00 PM
Kick off your CBC week by joining us for a pre‑conference yeast seminar focused on biotransformation management.
This technical session is designed for brewers who want a deeper understanding of how yeast selection and fermentation management influence hop expression and aroma development. The seminar will combine technical insights with practical brewing considerations, offering takeaways you can apply directly to your brewery.
Whether you’re working on hop‑forward recipes or looking to improve fermentation consistency, this session is built around real‑world brewing challenges and solutions.

CBC Educational Session: Exploring Mexican Lagers

We’re pleased to share that Ignacio Lomeli, Technical Sales Manager for Mexico at Lallemand Brewing, will be part of a CBC educational panel dedicated to Mexican Lager styles, recently added to the Brewers Association Style Guidelines

This panel of experienced judges and brewers from Mexico and the U.S. will take a deep dive into the four Mexican Lager styles:

  • Light
  • Pale
  • Amber
  • Dark

The session explores what defines each style, its historical foundations, and the key differences that distinguish them from the broader International Lager category. Brewers attending will walk away with practical tips and recommendations for brewing Mexican Lagers, including ingredient selection and process considerations.

CBC Party – Co‑Hosted with White Labs & Escarpment

Monday, April 20 | 6:00–9:00 PM

After a full day at the conference, join us for a CBC party co‑hosted with White Labs and Escarpment Labs.
