In a study conducted by Equals Brewing Company (London ON, USA) evaluated LalBrew® House Ale for its impact on fermentation efficiency and beer quality. The results showed a reduction in fermentation time, allowing for quicker tank turnover and increased production capacity. The strain also demonstrated strong diacetyl cleanup, high attenuation, and stable pH and yeast viability under commercial brewing conditions.
