Laboratory media

For a number of years, Siebel Institute of Technology has been providing dehydrated culture medium to the brewing industry for the detection of contaminants. HLP, LMDA, LCSM and LWYM were manufactured as dehydrated powder media and distributed by Siebel to breweries around the world, providing quality control tools for the detection of beer spoiling bacteria and wild yeasts.
In 2019, a partnership with DÖHLER GmbH, a well-established German company, has been announced. DÖHLER GmbH, as a global producer, marketer and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry, have taken over production, distribution and supply of the well-established Siebel culture media range as part of their DMD product line.
We, at Siebel Institute of Technology, feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with such a dedicated organization, recognized as an expert in microbiology and very excited about all the new possibilities this partnership is opening for our customers.
